Our hotel suggested this restaurant and we enjoyed the sushi and sashimi. The wait staff was very attentive and it was conveniently located for the first night we arrived in the city.

After getting shut out of several of the more popular iconic pizza joints on Friday night, we stopped in to Amarit's...and we were not disappointed. Some of the best Thai I have had. Pad Ped in particular.
Close to our hotel and recommended by the concierge. Not too pricey. Food on the bland side. Used the hot chili paste a lot. Nice ambience and decent service.
The pineapple fried rice with shrimp and chicken not only tasted good, but the presentation was beautiful. Using the pieapple rind as a bowl looked pretty and made use of a throw away item. I would order this again.
