The workers who helped me on the morning I stopped for a large order were excellent! Friendly, efficient and great at their jobs! Thanks for the quick service

It is a chain restaurant, but the staff is courteous, fast and they know their customers. The manager seemed to know everyone. Be sure to ask about available discounts based on companies or affiliations. Enjoyable! Quick. Kind.

Bagels were a little too much like bread. Coffee is very good though and the price is mid range. Prob wont try again.

How bad does it have to be to write a review of a bagel store. Bad. This one is located inside the Doubletree hotel. It was 852 am on a Thursday. I toasted bagel with a peanut butter schmear. 912 am it arrived. Their service model is broken. Horrible.

I stopped in for only two mornings while I was staying at the Double Tree and the employee at the register remembered me after only one day. He was super nice. I enjoyed the coffee and the veggie and hummus sandwich was delicious.

Ordered ham and cheese bagel and got ham cheese and egg. Took the egg out but it didn't taste good. Left half of it. Coffee was absolutely terrible. Had two sips and binned it. Wouldn't go again

Had coffee and a bagel this morning. A great selection of bagels and sadly only average coffee. I had a plain babel with butter. Great chewy bagel. Didnt drink the coffee... turfed it. Would go back in a heartbeat for a bagel 6 pack with a little schmear.

Pretty basic, it is based inside of the Doubletree Hotel, good breakfast sandwich, good value and very good service.

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
