This place has plenty of seats. It has a large coffee menu and a variety of teas. The only thing is that you are charged extra 50 cents on your card when your order is less than 10 usd.
Really good coffee here but the place is slammed on a Sunday morning and getting served requires patience. This place has an attitude and the product is high quality.

Pros: Decent coffee. Good pastry. Great food menu. We had a slice of quiche. It was great. They have both whole milk and almond milk available. Cons: No soda water served with a macchiato. Not bad, I'd visit again.
