My husband and I chose this spot for lunch on our first day in Chicago. It is very close to the hotel we stayed at and had good online reviews. We were very impressed with the entire experience. We were promptly seated and waited on with a great description of how their menu works. Don't be intimidated by the Italian... More

We live in Chicago and have a lot of amazing food options, and I have to say, we continue to come back here as it is an amazing place for large groups. We were here in Jan for a birthday and had 10 people on a Saturday and it was perfect- lots of food options for vegetarians and meat lovers,... More

The service is always top notch. The food is out of this world. And the prices are amazing for Chicago. We had the Brodetto AI Frutti DI Mare, shrimp, clams, calamari, octopus, whitefish In aqua pazza w/ San marzano tomato. Deliciousness!!! The banana ice cream desert omg, orgasmic! The bathrooms and atmosphere is quant, and very cultural. Love love love

The restaurant was right behind our hotel so it was very convenient. Read some reviews and it seemed promising. They specialize in small plates that are meant to be shared. None of the dishes we ordered were bad, they just weren't great nor memorable, except for the dessert. If you ever have to go to this restaurant, make a reservation... More

I have restaurants in Disney world. I'm a passionate of restaurant business and I have been around, in 50 countries. I have always said by experience that there is no way to match or even get close to the real Roman, Milano, Napoli, Venetian cuisine. But at Quartino, the minute you enter the restaurant, you know that this a great... More

We all make mistakes. Sometimes, however, we can make them right, and even learn from them. That is the case with Quartino. I visited on Labor Day weekend and had a very disappointing experience. I wrote a review describing this, but decided to return and ended up having the most awesome dinner imaginable. The meal started with goat's milk ricotta... More

This restaurant is essentially a place for Italian tapas. It encourages sharing and the food was very good. Each table is set with bread, oil, balsamic vinegar etc. The reasonably priced wine comes in glass, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or whole liter sizes or a bottle. We tried several items on the menu - including the veal slider - we then... More

Since 2014 I have made Quartino my first stop when I head into Chicago. My wife surprised me with a weekend visit to Chicago years ago. We love Chicago for many reasons, but I must say it is my favorite food city in the US by far! There are a lot of amazing restaurants all over Chicago. Any and every... More

We've eaten dinner at Quartino on various other trips and always enjoyed it greatly. However, this trip took us a different direction, but since Quartino was just down the street from our hotel, we just couldn't bypass it completely, so we stopped in for dessert around 9:30pm. Coppa alla banana…caramelized bananas and vanilla gelato, served with biscotti and an order... More

Great, cozy atmosphere.....very festive for holidays. Very loud, a lot of large parties and two levels of tables! I thought my pasta dish and wine were good, prices reasonable. My kids got flatbread and ate it, but wasn't their favorite. Overall a fine Italian restaurant.
