This place is worth the wait in line. Everything you want in a BBQ joint and then some. Try to go at an "off" hour and your experience will be perfect.

Stopped here for lunch while on way to airport. Was really looking forward to it after reading reviews. BBQ was very good, certainly worth a stop. I felt the meats were better than the sides. Brisket and ribs were really good. Fries are fresh and hand made. Didn't really like the beans, slaw, or mac. Kind of a hodgepodge of... More

Smoque has the best tasted bbq at great value. When you go during peak meal times, there could be a long wait. Line moves pretty fast most of the time so don't get scared by a line out the door. Summer time is nice with outdoor sitting. They have their own parking in the back too although that fills up... More

I live right down the street from this great restaurant so I eat here often. Every meal I have had here has been ohhhh soooo satisfying. I love the ribs and mac n cheese. I also wont eat coleslaw anywhere else but here.

Very casual, very crowded restaurant that does an unbelievable carry-out business too. Everything is great, with or without sauce. Even the chicken is really good - better than the other bbque places I've tried.

It's tough to find good bbq in the Chicago land area, but this is some of the best. It's not on the same level as some Bbq restaurants in Texas, but it's still very good. Food is typacly smokey and somewhat lean. Be prepared to wait outside up to an hour because the building doesn't fit many people. ( try... More

I may be spoilt having been to Central BBQ in Memphis, but I thought this place was overrated and overpriced.

Went to Smoque's spot at Revival Food Hall to grab a classic BBQ sandwich for lunch. Only downside is you could spend your entire lunch break waiting in line!

Definitely the best pulled pork and beef brisket I have ever eaten. The baby back ribs are also excellent and fall off the bone. The place can get very crowded but the wait is worth it. Very casual dining and the staff is very helpful!

Brisket so tender you could cut it with a plastic fork. This food is so good that it's sold in White Sox Park -- a place where few north side places dare to tread.
