The cheese curds were cubed! How cool! The cheese steak sandwich on a pretzel bun was unlike something I had ever had before! Our waitress was friendly and attentive!

I had lunch with a friend yesterday at Green Street Tavern. We were very disappointed. We wanted to be seated at the back of the restaurant because it was a bit quieter, but they asked that we sit in front up at the window because they didn't want to overwhelm their waitesses. First of all every time the door opened... More

This is right on Main St. and is a great old bar. A perfect lunch spot, or a place to just have a drink with a few friends. I love their ruben and sweet potato fries. The have a great sandwich menu, full bar, and service is always friendly.

Stopped here for lunch while visiting Galena. Highly recommend the blue cheese soup, not to overpowering and very creamy! Garlic fries are also one of the best we had. Great service and atmosphere as well as historic location.

I have eaten here many times. Generally it is good pub food although today we had poor service and poor food. Granted they were very busy. We ordered from the gluten free menu. Simple, plain, nothing special, no effort to make an interesting gluten free option. We ordered the salmon. It was uncooked in the center. Vegetables as a side... More

My dinner of soup and appetizer was just right, except perhaps too much food. A variety of beverages are available.

They were very busy even at 1:00 pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Didn't have enough staff. Food was average and took a long time to get it.

Visited on a late Sunday afternoon-bartender turned off football for baseball which we did not appreciate(have not been a Cub's fan since I was 12 years old and am now not a baseball fan). Service was prompt and efficient. There is s nice choice of good beers and cocktails. The blue cheese soup is to die for- go for that... More

Were visiting in the town for a few days. While walking we saw this place. Had lunch which was very good and fun people working there.

We sat outside on the tight patio one evening for a sunny dinner. Unfortunately the kitchen fan seems to vent right underneath the patio and we were sat close enough to it to notice. We had tired to go there for lunch but turned around when we saw how busy they were in the main restaurant, there was lots of... More
