I hadn't been to a Bob Evans in several years, but breakfast at night sounded good. It was a good choice.

Bob Evans is synonymous with breakfast. All-day breakfast. Two scrambled eggs, sausage links, hash browns, English muffin, orange juice. But how about dinner? How many people know they can get a very good dinner at Bob Evans? On our most recent trip to visit my mother, we stopped for a late snack at the Bob Evans location at 1776 McDonough... More
I travel extensively for work and it is rare that I get to sit down and enjoy a meal at one of my favorite places to eat. I was excited that my hotel was within walking distance of the restaurant. I stopped in two nights in a row for dinner. First night the food was mostly ok except the biscuits... More
We arrived at 5:00 for dinner, with two other tables already there. We waited over 45 minutes for food, and never got another drink refill. Other tables that came in after us were served. There was no sorry. As we checked out, they messed up Our bill, and added a 50% tip to It. When we commented it was a... More
We always choose to eat at this Bob Evans as it is in close proximity to where I work and the food is affordable and normally fantastic. The pot roast is a favorite of mine. However the last time I ordered the sandwich was horrible. The carrots were undone. The onions were huge and taste nasty even the meat did... More
Nice restaurant, Hostess was friendly, server was pretty good, a bit overwhelmed fr the crowd-food was hot and delicious :)
Went there with family and friends from out of town to celebrate the holidays. It was a good place for us to meet half-way, We enjoyed breakfast and a visit -- no one hurried us to leave. I had whole grain pancakes that were absolutely delicious! The bacon was perfect, as well (I asked for it to be crisp, and... More
For some reason, we got away from breakfast at Bob Evans over the years. We recently were reacquainted with their consistently good food and have been inspired to return again in the future. I go for the basic bacon and eggs, while my wife needs a plate of biscuits and gravy. Both food and service were good.
Food and value were just okay and what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. I had a crispy chicken salad that was a poor imitation of Applebee's, but it was all right. Husband had a burger, again okay. Pending the lack of other locally owned restaurants, we'd eat there if we were in a pinch for food.
Just left this place after eating dinner. I will say that the food was very good, affordable, and made correctly. That's where my good experience ends. This was prime time dinner hours and my husband and I were shocked at how little the staff was doing. There was not a large crowd, but there were still multiple diners present and... More
