Well where do I start. It was not the best of experiences that we had at the Afon Conwy. It started well, as the kids starters turned up quite quickly even though we'd been told there would be a half hour wait for food. But then when nearly an hour had passed and we were about to go and enquire,... More

We stayed at the Premier Inn next door and had three meals at this restaurant. The two dinners that we had were really good value for money. The portions were large and the food was well prepared. We only had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes for our food to arrive. I had the chicken buffet one night. It... More

Stayed in Premier Inn which was good but the Brewers Fayre was not. Poor service not enough staff, Starters on first night cold and left to congeal. Steak inedible because of fat.Drinks too long coming and 4th night bottle of wine arrived with two large tumblers as they had run out of wine glasses probably due to the fact the... More

I wasn't expecting excellent food but we were tired from driving so it was easier to eat next to the hotel. It was grubby and in desperate need of a face lift. The water machine was broken and dirty towels all over the floor. The food was edible, I had the driest piece of chicken known to man it was... More

The service was good but everything else was just average.. the food, the toilets, the grubby seats.. it just feels like it needs a damn good clean and freshen up. '2 meals for £10.99' not worth anymore.

Was told food would be 30 minutes but ended up being an hour, but it was busy. Always hit and miss never consistent with the food.

As writing this review, I have contacted Brewers Fayre main customer services and also the premesis but after a week, they still havent responded (apart from an automated response saying someone will be in touch. Anyway, we usually go on a Sunday for the carvery which is usually very good. We arrived last Wednesday to a very busy place which... More

Called in for a meal Saturday late afternoon. Had smothered chicken at £8.99. Portion was small, came with about 8 frozen chips. Staff were friendly but I won't return to eat here

Sadly not good meals small portions decoration and upholstery all need replacing toilets not good service was good they said 30mins wait but we were called in 12mins to table then told 20mins for food but again less time when the food came shortage of places to eat in the evening makes Brewers Faye a good option
