Been off colour with a rotten cold, hungry but didn't want to go out, my husband phoned the restaurant and asked if they done takeaway. Very obliging told me how long it would take to be ready, really good price for a lovely pizza. Certainly picked me up no end. Thank you so much for allowing us to take away... More

My wife and I visited this excellent Italian restaurant on the last night of our holiday in the area. The restaurant had a pleasant, homely feeling to it. The service was prompt and efficient, the food delicious and exceptionally good value for money. We will definitely dine there again when next in the North East.

Went to this Italian restaurant at lunchtime with grandchildren. They loved the pizzas and our pizza/pasta was well cooked and tasty. Excellent value for three course lunch. Friendly and helpful.

My husband and I had Sunday lunch, £6.95 for three courses. The potato skins were lovely, followed by beef and several veg, then ice cream. The bottle of red wine cost £9.95 and the waiter was such a lovely guy. This is my second visit in a week, and will definitely return and tell all my friends to go too.

When we first arrived we were told to sit where we like and the waiter would come to take our drink order. When the waiter came over less than a minute later... More

This is a restaurant I have visited on many occasions and always been pleased with the food and the service. Tonight I decide to order a starter from the specials board, stuffed pepper with rice and mozzarella. A good choice for a vegetarian. It arrives, it looks good, I cut it open and take a bite, it has mince in.... More
