Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had an amazing anniversary meal here. The restaurant is lovely and we sat by a window overlooking the garden. The food and wine was superb and the service excellent and really friendly. We even got a little treat when they realised it was our anniversary....Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.More

An outstanding meal . Living up to the Michelin recommendations. The originality of the menu and subtle blend of flavour’s were some of the best we have experienced and we dine at the Ritz occasionally. Throughly delightful service and sublime food. Faultless service and delicious food. We dined here last night for a friend’s birthday. We didn’t mention that it was a birthday meal at the time of booking. We were a table of 4, our wonderful waitress must have...overheard that it was my friends birthday as at the end of our meal she was presented with a little cake and candle, so so thoughtful. I had the cheese soufflé (which I’m still thinking about 24 hours later) and the Dover sole. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and so delicious. Too full sadly to have desert but I’ll make sure I have room next time I visit.More

The evening was a delightful experience. The welcome was very personal and warm, the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted, the staff were charming, the food was excellent and the wine went down well !! For us, the aura genereated by the staff is a...key indicator of Management's management ability. The staff looked and sounded happy at their work and smiled at every opportunity. The evening was an outstanding success and we left totally happy with life. Don't miss this opportunity.More

We have been visiting The Inn at Welland for over 5 years and we're never disappointed! The menu is imaginative, seasonal and beautifully executed. While it is not at the cheaper end of the market I feel that, bearing in mind the quality of the...food, which is always beautifully presented, it represents excellent value for money. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and professional. We really enjoyed are lunch on Easter Saturday and will look forward to our next visit, hopefully when the weather is a bit warmer and we can enjoy sitting in the garden with a superb view of The Malverns. Lunch st The Inn is a fabulous end to a stunning walk along The Malverns!More

I've always had wonderful food and friendly service at the Inn at Welland, but this was the first time I'd organised a larger party there. The food for this mixed group of ten people was stunning. I had my 'usual' the Cotswold chicken (although the...accompaniment is always a little different) which was succulent and very tasty. Everyone really enjoyed the food - no complaints whatsoever. We are very lucky to have the Inn at Welland nearby. Thank you to Chris and all the staff for a lovely evening.More
