This place is amazing. Great fun staff and the food was the best. Try the eggs benidict or the Monte Cristo. Don't forget the cookies. Delicious.

The best sandwich ever! Great service, great atmosphere- it just doesn't get any better! I stop here after golf at Pottowatomie and enjoy the outdoor ambiance with delicious food and drink.

The food is delicious and don't even get me started on the desserts! Trust me, save room. If you arrive early, take the opportunity to browse the aisle of the bookstore...I know you will find a good read!

The food is fun and the sandwiches are of fresh ingredients with awesome breads. Their grilled cheese is awesome served with chips. I get so... More

Had a wonderful salad and sat in their outdoor area. Salad was good as well as the ambiance. My friend said her salad was good as well. Charming place for lunch.

The food at Town House Books and Café is better than one would initially assume. Everything is just that little bit better, you know? They make soups and sandwiches, which is common, but their fare is, well, just that little bit better. This is a popular place for, perhaps, ladies who lunch, casually.

We love Town House Books and Cafe! My husband and I get there a few times a year for lunch and especially like to sit on the outdoor patio. While waiting for our table, we love to go to the book store which has such a nice selection of interesting books. I also go there a few times a year... More

If you are looking for a little quaint lunch place that has great sandwiches, soups and desserts......this is it. During nice weather you have the option to sit outside and eat. Also, it is a short 1 block walk to the Fox River for a nice stroll after lunch. Town House Cafe does not disappoint. Prices are good for the... More
