Very cozy cafe & deli. If you go before 4pm on Sunday there are no pastas on the menu. Very nice brunch menu though. I especially liked the market area. They have many Italian homemade like pizzas, lasagna, other gourmet style...perfection. Their bread isn’t made...More
This is a great "warm" place to meet people for lunch, fabulous food and great selection. After lunch I love to pick up dinner in the market located on the other side. Great pastas and sauces and fun food all packaged to go home. I...More
Were driving along Sheridan Road from Chicago to Kenosha, Wisconsin, found this great lunch place right along the road. Had a wonderful lunch, splitting a Turkey Brie sandwich with french fries. Reasonable price, great atmosphere.

Convito is nicely decorated and is a pleasure to sit in looking at all of the interesting pictures on the walls. The white bean soup the five of us started with was very good and ample. The assortment of breads was also quite good. I...More
Had a lunch with girlfriends here. Sorely disappointed in portions, prices, and lackluster presentation. A cobb salad was the size of a dinner salad with tasteless tomatoes and cost $14. Vegetable crepe was a soggy mess. Highlight was the chocolate lava dessert.
