Friendly staff greet you when you enter the door. Numerous menu choices are available. Each beverage is individually prepared using organic ingredients. You can purchase ground coffee and t-shirts to take home. The Chocolate Moose prepares excellent beverages to savor on cool days.

I had the banana split which was a suggested favorite. It was delicious. Smooth creamy with great toppings. This is a great place to stop by for a treat. Very little parking and no dining area.

This is fabulous, but expensive ice cream. They have homemade hand dip and soft serve. The line has been huge both time we have been. After you wait 10min to an hour to order, you wait just about the same time to get the ice cream. The atmosphere is really fun, but I understand they are forcing this historical site... More

Don't be intimidated by the long lines. It's part of the allure as you stand and listen to oldies music from the giant speaker located right out the back door of this stand. The wait was under 10 minutes and we enjoyed the tunes and people-watching. Prices were dirt cheap. Where else could a family of 6 all enjoyed various... More

have never had vegan ice cream before and perhaps it was not the greatest plan to have my first try at Chocolate Moose... The ice cream was phenomenal. It exhibited the same texture, solidity, mouthfeel, and richness of regular ice cream and had a super scrumptious coconut flavor, as the ice cream is coconut milk-based. I will always order animal-friendly... More

This place is my favourite ice cream ever. Even when I go back home in France, all I can think if is the next time I'll be back in bloomington and have a grasshopper or a cookie dough ice cream. The quality of the food, the place, the atmosphere, it's perfect and is my personal heaven!

We visited this for ice cream after sampling food truck Friday in the Chocolate Moose parking lot. This was the best ice cream I have EVER tasted. I had the Oreo mint.

Was in Bloomington helping my nieces get ready for college. Made 2 visits to the Moose! Twist cone on 1st visit and sweet cinnamon on the 2nd. If you want ice cream that taste like Cinnabon you must try. Great place, great service!!

We went to this popular spot on a hot August Friday night. The place was hopping. There were food trucks, live music, balloon artist, glitter tattoo artist and fancy ice pop vendors. Know what you want when you get to the window. The hard serve ice cream is home made, you can't go wrong. The waffle cone is a better... More
