When visiting Bloomington, stop at the Rail and have a Sazerac. The food is always done well enough, presented artfully, with small plates changing seasonally. The potato chips can be on the fishy side, but are quite satisfying. I don't know if they have the...More

A great venue with fabulously, inventive food which works! The staff were relaxed and the outside deck was perfect for a balmy night. They do wicked cocktails, again with a twist, so try one.

Creative and delicious craft cocktails. Do not miss this if you are a cocktail lover. The Caribbean Old-Fashioned, Guyana Buffalo, Midnight Brambler, and Beast of Bourbon were all fantastic. I will definitely return on my next visit to Bloomington.

Great atmosphere for a later night drink and some light dining. The drink menu changes often, making periodic visits inviting. These bartenders know their drinks and the wait staff is always good at recommending what's especially tasty.

We have been to the Rail a few times. I really like what they are trying to do at this location. The small plate food options are good but not excellent. The cocktail menu is fun with a couple of top notch selections. The one...More
