This place was across the street from our hotel, so it would have been really convenient. However, it was closed and looked like it will remain that way. Big pile of concrete in the parking lot.

Staff was very friendly. Food was surprisingly good. Pancakes were huge. Steak breakfast had two steaks so it was a ton of food. Prime rib was really good. Only thing I didn't like was the biscuits and gravy. Portion size was large and the biscuits were good, but I'm used to a gravy that has considerably more sausage bits in... More

It is your basic diner. Service was a bit slow but the waitresses were busy and they kept checking in with the table to let you know you were not forgotten. Soup was really good. The vegetable stir fry was probably frozen mixed vegetables swirled in a skillet (some were still cold though not frozen). It was alright. Portions are... More

Great diner-type menu with a lot of choices. Breakfast all day, sandwiches, dinners. It was hard to make a choice as many things sounded good. I had one of their club sandwiches. The sandwiches and I believe dinners all came with fries (or similar side) and choice of salad or soup. It was a lot of food, especially the sandwich.... More

It is so hard to get eggs cooked over light especially if the cook does not like them that way. These eggs were perfect, great sausage patties and hash-browns. Gravy was OK but the biscuits were below par. Price was very cheap. Will stop in again.

We had family from the east coast visit, who had never had breaded pork tenderloin. So.....,just had to take them to the best tenderloin in the area. Whatever ups and downs this restaurant has had over the years ( decades actually ), the tenderloin has been consistently great. The facility is a bit worn, but clean. The servers are almost... More

Got in late and the two couples figured we'd just grab a bite. The waitress sat down us and then asked what we wanted. Might be considered a bit to familiar for some but it just seemed like things were as they should be. The guys took one glance at the menu and picked the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich which... We've eaten here for decades (even back as Lincoln Square, etc ). Food is usually good, staff friendly and prices reasonable (especially breakfasts ). Prime rib, grilled white fish, and meatloaf have risen and fallen over the years, but what brings us back time and again is the breaded pork tenderloin. Not likely you'll find any better in the area.

Our Blue Knights Motorcycle group was returning home from a long trip and stopped here for lunch. It doesn't look like much on the outside and the carpet needs to be replaced. Do Not let this detour you! This is a Gem of a grill. Our waitress, Margie, was awesome! The Food was Terrific! The Best Pork Tenderloin Sandwich I... More
