Kelsey's had always been a landmark. It used to have really good rotisserie chicken and the prime rib would melt in your mouth. It's ok, but for the price you can go get good steaks at Applebee's.

Stopped on the way home from Chicago because we heard Kelsey's had nice menu. Our party of six arrived at7:50, they close at nine. Receptionist was warm and welcoming. Slow service, mediocre food. It's Ok but I won't make a special trip to go again.
