I was concerned when this bar moved to this new location several years ago that it would loose some of the friendly service, good German food and beer. It has not! We have visited here several times and really can count on the consistency. This location has a great view of the Mississippi River with lots of windows and an... More

Went there after seeing the American Pickers location and gift shop. The restaurant is right on the water so the view is beautiful. We sat at a window seat and had the Ruben which was amazing! The service was very good. Was a perfect way to end the day. Great atmosphere!!!

I ate here for dinner one night after working. It was very close to my hotel and recommended from the hotel staff. The food was good and the staff was great.

This was the second time we've been here, and it seems to be pretty consistent. The food is good/average. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great German pub-style restaurant, right on the Mississippi River. Get a table near the windows and enjoy amazing views of the river. There is patio seating that you can enjoy in season. I couldn't resist the Sausage Sampler. I added the Landjager and an order Spatzle. So good! Can't wait to stop again.

We decided to split an order of the Jagerschnitzel, and were glad we did. It came with two sides, we choose the spaetzle and potato pancakes. Everything was good, but there was too much garlic on the spaetzle. Service was good.

First let's start with the staff, at least three employees on their cell phones whether it be at the bar or restroom. Really the restroom? Now on to lunch, the cook plated both of orders incorrectly. If there was a busy restaurant. I could maybe understand, but with four customers how does this happen? Food was disappointing, staff was preoccupied... More

Visited Bier Stube with a friend for lunch. During the day, we visited Antique Archeology to see the store that is on the History Channel. After visiting the store, we stopped here for lunch and pleasantly surprised. The service was good, lots of food and beer selection, and fair prices. It is also nice that it is near the Mississippi... More

We had a nice German themed lunch at this restaurant. The food was good and they had a nice selection of local and German beers on tap. Our waitress was friendly and provided good service.
