Authentic, Ecuadorian dishes! Not much for atmosphere, but amazing food!! Do not miss this place, it is a gem.

Authentic. Place is small and unassuming. Don't let the ambiance fool you. The food presentation is top notch, the portions are huge, and the flavors are unique. This is not Mexican food. My first experience with Ecuadorian food and I really enjoyed it.

Excellent cuisine. I've never had Ecuadorian food before but based on what we had here, I decidedly like it! Many complex savory flavors. I've had several vegetarian options and liked them all. My husband enjoyed the steak con nopales. Try this comfy, clean, modest strip mall restaurant. Great service and music.

I was able to visit Ecuador 15 years ago and fell in love with the food. I never thought I would find authentic Ecuadorian food in the US--much less in our home state of Iowa! But..then we came across Mi Patria! We ate here with our two young adult daughters for my birthday dinner. We split four appetizers--chicken empanadas (BEST... More

We ordered four appetizers to share, plus one main course. While nothing was outstanding, the food was good. An order of empanadas comes with three empanadas. One can choose among beef, chicken, or cheese. I would have liked one of each, but that was impossible; the order had to be three of the same. Service was prompt and cordial.

The tastes brought me back to time I spent in Ecuador years ago. Huge portions! My husband liked it too! Had the arroz con pollo and it was great.

First time trying Ecuadorian food. Will not be the last. Had some kind of cold fish with diced tomato/onion combo that reminded of Pico served with rice. Fabulous. Fried plantain also. Fabulous. Whole dish was very unique for me and darn tasty. Restaurant was very clean and neat and our waiter was very friendly and helpful. Will go back for... More

This is Ecuadorian-style food; it is not standard fare "Mexican" or Tex-Mex. I really like the flavors here. Service is good. Prices are good.

Service was really good, waitress was friendly. Food was good and the price was good too. There were probably 4 tables or so around 2:00 when we ate, which means people like eating there no matter what time. It didn't take long for our order to come out either. Thank you!!

Group of 5 all trying different meals and all blown away on how good they were. Will definitely repeat. For lunch it was a little slow but the food all special prepared and worth the extra time😇.
