We have had several meals here and enjoyed all of them. There are welcoming fires in cold weather but there is something weird about the configuration of the layout that makes you feel that it would be better 'opened up' as none of the 3...More

We ordered ceaser salad! What a surprise when it arrived with chicken drumsticks for chicken breast. Even my dog couldent eat the chicken, due to bones. Far to many anchovies, salty and disgusting, At 2.40pm it was made obvious that we should be leaving by...More

Great place to eat with typical British pub atmosphere. Tasty food, but be prepared to the original dish presenting.

Ate here on Christmas eve, superb cooking and the beer was well kept. We were so impressed we went back four days later and I'm pleased to say it was just as good. Notably the pate was as good as I have ever tasted!
