Just a 10 minutes drive to Bishop Auckland and only 12 miles from the City of Durham we are ideally situated to take advantage of the many local attractions and historic sites in our region. After a major refurbishment lasting over 18 months The Fir Tree Country Hotel, bar and restaurant reopened its doors.
