After circling around the block, we noticed this place and there was available parking so we slid right in and went inside. We ordered at the register. I had Benedictine and husband had egg salad. Benedictine is not available everywhere so I was anxious to try it. We ordered tap water and coffee. The sandwiches arrived quickly. The Benedictine was... More

Mckinleys is a Shelbyville treasure! It's clean, quaint and whimsical. The food is outstanding and the bread and desserts are baked fresh on site. My favorite sandwich is the McKinley with their walnut mayo and Granny Smith apple slices. Everyone should check it out!

This is one of our favorite places to have lunch. The olive spread and egg salad are delicious. It's locally owned and operated. A perfect little deli with a wide variety of choices.

This restaurant is casual and inviting, the food is delicious. The menu offers the classic favorites, also offering some truly unique ingredient combinations in their sandwiches and soups which makes for a one of a kind meal! In addition to soups and sandwiches they usually have a great selection of baked goods and pastries for breakfast or dessert.

My Dad and I stopped in her for lunch after a morning of fishing and really enjoyed it! They make their own bread which was delicious and not overwhelming like some homemade bread can be. My Dad had an Italian panini, and I had a turkey sandwich and potato salad. A tasty, simple lunch that I would definitely repeat! The... More

We stopped for lunch while traveling on I-64. We had the McKinley and the 615 sandwiches. They were the best sandwiches we have had at any restaurant on this multi day trip. The restaurant itself has real small town presence.

Stopped in for lunch while walking around historic Shelbyville. They can make any sandwich that you can imagine. It was a hot day so had a salad instead of a sandwich but will go back when returning to Shelbyville.
