Pook and I have been eating at Tboys for years and always get a great meal every time. Pook loves their chicken fried steak or their cheeseburger. Their fried shrimp and onion rings are my favorites. They serve seasonal items like boiled crawfish, shrimp and/or crabs that are fabulous, too. The service is friendly and fun. It's in the heart... More

T Boys is just off Lousiana Hwy 82 that runs between the intercoastal canal and the gulf. The seafood was the freshest. Great seasoning on the shrimp and okra gumbo. It's a small place, but they really know how to cook. There's a patio outside, but it was cold and rainy.

Made a special trip from the Lake Charles area to check out this well-known Cajun restaurant in rural Cameron Parish. It is the only sit down restaurant in the entire parish. The family loved their onion rings and I found the shrimp and okra gumbo, which is made there, to be very very good. Amenities are basic but consider the... More

We stopped at this restaurant during a lengthy road trip. This was the only place that we had seen for quite a few miles. The selection is good. When I was ordering, the waitress seemed to be having difficulty multitasking and seemed visibly annoyed when someone calling in and order wasn't ordering fast enough. Our food came out in pieces.... How many places serve Frog Legs and Aligator and everything is fresh. This place is in a town with one blinking light, in a swamp a couple of miles from the gulf. 40 miles from the Casinos in Lake Charles and I make the drive every time I come here. Even in New Orleans it's hard to find frog legs.... More

Great little restaurant with fantastic poboy choices. We had the catfish and shrimp poboys as well as the onion rings side. Delicious and great service.

I have eaten at T-boy's numerous times. I have never been disappointed with the food. All of the food is good. Especially like eating there during crawfish season, they serve some great boiled crawfish. If in the area go by to see Brenda, Debra and the rest of the crew. They also have a small bar.

My first trip to Louisiana and I was told I had to try the gator. I'm not a "gator" type person but figured why not? We came in with a large group and this place did not disappoint with service nor the food. The alligator bites and onion rings were delicious.

I ate here during the Fur Festival. The food was very good. I would definitely eat here again on my next visit.
