Drive way out of our way today for lunch, did not realize that only three restaurants remained. Slidell, was not an option. We have been there twice and food/service was horrible. This was our first time to Kenner. Our waitress was nice until we did not want to pay $10 to join their new rewards club. We even explained that... More
Food was good and service was average. When our entrees arrived the waiter put them on the table and walked off . Not one word . I was very disappointed with him for this . He could have at least asked if we needed anything before walking off. We have eaten here before and both the food and service have... More
Service sucked. The waiters, waitresses, and cooks were all congregated in the corner talking and carrying on. Meanwhile, my drink was empty for way too long. After all, this is spicy food. Much better service in Arkansas. Maybe it should be Copland's of Arkansas.
Thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. We pride ourselves in our family recipes and excellent customer service and this is not the experience we executed for you. We arrived around 1 and started with a Bloody Mary and mimosa. They were done well. The roast was cool and not warm when I returned to... More
Want some true Louisiana style cooking with some Cajun blends, then this is the place! Great food every time I've visit, especially the crawfish bread. Plenty to choose from, good prices on drinks especially during happy hour. I'll be back!
From Mobile, AL...we used to have a Copelands and it was always pretty good. So when we were in Kenner for a preflight night we chose this one that was fairly close to our hotel. 5:30 pm on a Friday and the restaurant was pretty packed but we were seated immediately. Waiter was very nice and good at his job.... More
