we were in the area and my wife had to eat, so we walked over to acme. there was a 30 min wait so we sat a the bar and ordered. it seem to take forever for the food to come, but we both enjoyed our meals. price was average for this type of restaurant

The menu is pretty standard for New Orleans area food...oyster bar, seafood...fried, etc It's a bit too noisy for me. It's kinda more sports bar

We knew how crowded this restaurant gets early in the evening. We got there about 5 and didn't have to wait too long. However, by the time we came out about 7, the line was way down the street. There is a reason for the lines. The place is very casual but the food is great and plentiful. It has... More

absolutly fantasic laid back oyster house. Great menu, excellent staff. And some of the best oysters I hve ever had. Usually I eat only raw oysters, but after trying the grilled oysters I am hooked. If you like steamed mussules in a garlic butter sauce you will flip over Acme's grilled oysters. The gumbo was great, and the fried fish... More

We went for lunch and the menu has tons of great options. We had poboys, chicken salad, and grilled fish of the day and the portions were generous. We also had oyster shooters which I highly recommend.

We all ordered something different and we all enjoyed our meal. Service was good and our food came quickly. We had been in NOLA and we found the prices to be good. Dinner was enjoyable but there are a lot of good places to eat in NOLA.

We like ACME. It's one of our favorite places to eat. It has great New Orleans and South Louisiana style food. They serve large portions at very reasonable prices. Their food makes your taste buds dance. #MakesYourTasteBudsDance #TIME

Oysters are delicious! Never had them grilled before. If in New Orleans I highly suggest trying the oyster house!

The service and food were amazing! Sooooo much flavor. Service was happy and upbeat and informative. Atmosphere could not be beat!!! We loved the mirrors overlooking the oyster shuckers doing their thing! If I could make one improvement, it would be to see a salad or something lighter on the menu. I know that New Orleans is not known for... More
