My husband ordered a draft beer and was almost immediately sick. As a physician, he thinks that the beer lines were not clean. In fact, he has now developed an allergy to beer and can't drink it any more. Stay away from the draft beer here. We don't want others to get sick.

The restaurant itself is dated but the service and food were both good. I will say it was very annoying that the waitress kept referring to us as "guys". The hostess did as well. They need to be trained in how to address customers.

Wednesday night was all you can eat ribs night. Good food at reasonable prices. Excellent service. Hadn't been to a Ground Round in years. You don't get peanuts or movies anymore, but it was a good place.

We chose the Ground Round because it was fairly close to the Ramada Inn. We were cordially greeted by a server, shown our seat quickly and handed a basket of freshly popped popcorn. We requested a few more minutes to select our meal and the order was served quickly and pleasantly. Our portions were just right and the server checked... More

We live up north in Maine and when we travel we stay at the Quality Inn on Odlin Road in Bangor. The Ground Round is right next door and stay open until midnight , which is awesome. The food is great! our favorites are the corn chowder, all you can eat ribs (WEDNESDAYS) and all you can fried fish on friday..

Picked up a meal to go and really enjoyed it. I haven't been to the Ground Round in years, but happy I made the quick stop. I ordered a BLT burger which came with fries. The burger itself was served on focaccia bread which was a nice change. Bacon was plentiful and cooked right. A solid meal. Worth the trip.

The restaurant had great food and service. It is located across from the Days Inn. This Inn provides a 10% discount on meals at this restaurant. It is good for all people and family groups. l
