First of all let me say that the prices are really too high compared to Hannaford which has many of the same items for less money. I can also go to the natural living center in Bangor and get the same items for a lot less. Also, I wonder if it is a prerequisite for a natural food store to... More

A real quirky kind of store and an interesting visit to see the variety of organic and "natural" products. They have a nice eating area where you can just hang out and order the daily lunch specials. They typically have some good soups to choose from or daily sandwich specials. Definitely worth a visit.

I eat breakfast or lunch here regularly, generally Tuesdays when it's senior discount day (and French speakers meet at 11, Spanish speakers at 10, German speakers at 12).Salads are very fresh, sandwiches on high quality bread, soups vary and are terrific.

We stopped here while traveling to stock up on a few snacks for our trip. If I lived in Belfast, I would shop here all the time. A beautiful little store with a wonderful selection of organic products.

I was looking for Goat Soap, and I went from one amazing stand to the next...fresh organic produce, and lots of other agrarian stuff.. I found Sister's Soap and they had the goat soap I was looking for.... very reasonable and wonderful soap

I shopped at this grocer based on reviews from Trip Advisor. The produce was displayed attractively and there is wide variety of packaged food goods. As best I could tell, the store doesn't carry food that uses common preservatives and sweeteners. Everything I purchased was healthy--compared to regular grocery stores--even the chips!

It is a neat little co-op grocery store somewhat like a little Whole Foods. Very convent for picking up things.

We didn't want a full blown meal, so we went here and had a great green salad plus some prepared salads. Friendly service, nice area for eating. and they have a great wine section in the store.

We were looking for a particular wine and they had it. Very busy store with lots to offer. The aroma of coffee was enticing!

Every morning look for a variety of items to start your day. We serve egg and cheese based breakfast sandwiches and burritos, as well as baked items from local bakeries. We offer a fantastic selection of organic and fair trade coffees from local vendors in a variety of different roasts as well as organic and fair trade teas. Eggs, bagels, breads, gluten free breads, and tofu are all locally laid or made. On weekends the deli offers breakfast from 8:00am to 10:45am. The breakfast menu is an expansion of our breakfast offerings during the week including eggs any way, omelets, home fries, breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, and a daily breakfast special. All selections are or can be made vegan or gluten-free. In addition to our standing menu, the deli crew is always busy cooking up specials, hot entrees, pizza, burritos, and soups to wow the imagination. Utilizing organic and local vegetables, local breads, clean meats, and natural and organic raw ingredients, the deli strives to offer the healthiest mix of good food around. Have to grab something on the go? No worries...we've got you covered. Choose something from our service or grab n' go cases. These items are meant to be quick, easy, and nutritious. We've got something for everyone and it always hits the spot!
