My daughter and I were the first to walk through the doors right when they opened. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly given that it was 7:00 a.m. The food (blueberry ginger scone and breakfast sandwich) were awesome. Plus the coffee was good and hot. And strong!

We stumbled upon this little local gem when we were looking for a place for lunch. Homemade bagels, soups, stews, quesadilla and much more... Nice variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, lovely food, simple setting with 4 tables.

This place has some mouthwatering homemade baked good. The bun used to make breakfast sandwich is one of the best I have ever had. They use local and fresh ingredients and that definitely makes food taste better. And those little almonds cookies were addictive. The staff and service was pretty good as well.

Homemade bagels with the perfect chewiness. A lovingly brewed latte. Really nice people. Cozy and funky ambience. What more could you ask for?

Whether you go classic dark chocolate or innovative lemon ginger, Di Cocoa's is the best. And if you're sinful enough to add a pastry to the frozen deliciousness, well, that's beyond yummy. Healthy, fresh ingredients and super chefs! Thank you!

This is the best place in town to grab a good quality cup of coffee, a fresh baked scone and hang out at a table outside to watch the Bethel scene.....slow paced, mellow. Their baked goods...croissants, muffins, scones, etc....are outstanding. I always buy a half dozen croissants and treat my family to croissant french toast with warm maple syrup....yum. Highly... Not just eclairs either. My wife loves the bagels. Coffee is great. Unusual scones. Unusual cookies. All the baked goods are made here with the best of ingredients. You don't need to watch them being made to know this, the flavor tells you everything. The atmosphere is "granola funk". The type of atmosphere that can't be purchased from a restaurant... More

Great place for lunch. Rather small selection of offerings including wraps, small pizzas, and sandwiches. All are superb. They even had seasonal fiddlehead ferns -- a regional speciality. Small selection of desserts also first-rate. Decor rustic Maine chic. Staff all very helpful. Outdoor seating on a nice day can't be beat. Prices reasonable. I'll be back.

The areas best spot for Cafe style food with indoor and outdoor seating. Grab and go healthy food available. Homemade bagels, cookies and lots of other sweet treats. Funky, fun and relaxing. Very cool destination.

Stopped for a quick coffee and breakfast snack. Hands down the best bagels we have ever had. Very warm and inviting with friendly service. Cannot wait to try some of the other treats they had available next time we are in Bethel.
