This is a basic lobster roll shack on Route 27 just north of Boothbay Harbor with no dining room seating or wait staff. They offer a great lobster roll at just $9.95. It’s easy to understand why this place is so so busy. The lobster roll is not chunks but chopped lobster and I like it the best of any... More

We stopped here on our way out to pick up our last lobster roll for lunch before heading home. Very good, but also different. The lobster meat is shredded, but packed in to the roll so you get plenty. They are closed on Tuesday, open at 11 a.m. the rest of the week. Definitely worth a try for half the... More

It used to be just “Phils” but, unfortunately Phil passed away and now his son took over. But, don’t be disheartened! The place is still an excellent stop on the way to or from Booth Bay. It is now called Phil and Mikes. Same location. I was just there a few days ago; we actually made a detour off route... More

We stopped on our way to the aquarium. Got a haddock sandwih, lobster roll and chowder. Kiddo had a grilled cheese. Delicious for $30! Nice breeze on the porch while we enjoyed.

This is basically a lobster roll shack on Route 27 just north of Boothbay. They offer a terrific lobster roll at a very reasonable price of just $9.95. There are other sandwiches as well and some wonderful pies. It’s easy to understand why this place is so popular. We will be back!

Skipped touristy Red's to drive on to Phil's and was so disappointed that they didn't have any lobster Rolls! Got the seafood salad roll and chowder. Chowder very good, seafood salad ok. One man operation! Wait time about 20 minutes on a Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

Can't say much about the food at this place, because: We tried twice: First they weren't open until 4pm on Friday. Second we come back on Saturday, surprised they're open at 1pm, just to find out THEY ARE OUT OF LOBSTER!!!! Really? You advertise lobster rolls and half way down the day you're out of lobster? Do you think we... More

We were in the area and drove by this place on our way into Boothbay Harbor. We decided that we would stop if we drove past on the way back, so we did. The lobster roll was actually one of the best we've had, especially for the price. The name may have changed, as my credit card receipt said (Phil... More

We saw this little stop mentioned in a review and planned lunch on the way to the Botanical Gardens. It was our first lobster roll, and the experience was worth the wait. We ate outside on the porch, but watched our food prepared in a pristine, efficient kitchen. All-in-all very satisfying.

Have passed this place by on my way into Boothbay several times. Yesterday, I picked up some plants from Conley's; and because it was well after lunchtime and looking for a quick bite; I stopped here. Cleanest kitchen ever, best lobster roll, fun experience! They've got my business when I make trips to Boothbay.
