Seared scallops were almost worth the trip (but of course a steamed lobster was even better). Acomodate my wife's gluten intolerance easily.

Our last night in Boothbay we went here because we saw they had fish tacos and rum raisin bread pudding, two of my favorites (although lobster is #1 for me !) Food was good and waitress friendly and attentive.
After walking through the woods for an hour, our reward was lunch at the Harborside Tavern. The room overlooks the harbor and we enjoyed the lobster rolls, burgers, pulled pork, and a glass of Chardonnay. Service was good, and the prices reasonable.
We ate here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Food was well cooked, standard American fare, and the wait staff was warm and very capable.I really enjoyed their salads which had local sweet lettuce, something I had not tasted before.
