Very fresh seafood ...lobsters out of the tank, great crab, soups (frozen and fresh soups) mainly a to go place, they have a few tables inside and outside with a Porta pottie as the only facility. Call your order in and take it home. Great seafood.

Great little restaurant and seafood store on the road to Orrs and Bailey Island The atmosphere is as authentic as the food. Forget Reds - this is the lobster roll you've been looking for!

World class lobster rolls, and excellent chowders, especially the haddock and lobster. Unique location and well-polished wooden interior add to the friendly feel. Gets pretty packed at times, but there are a few tables inside and more outside. It may be may personal taster, but occasionally not the greatest for fried stuff. Cool seating area that overlooks the water, nice... More

Looking for authentic Maine experience? Check out Gurnet Trading. This adorable little establishment sits at the edge of Route 24 that leads from Brunswick into Harpswell. Though there is a few small tables inside and some lovely outdoor seating overlooking an inlet outside, this tiny little restaurant serves mostly take out. We usually get our food to go. It's a... If you want the freshest and best local seafood around to either cook yourself or have them make it for you, This is by far the best place from Portland to Bath. Next best is up in Boothbay area. My wife and I often split a lobster roll as a snack when we drive by. Scallops from here are second... More

After Erica's closed, needed a seafood fix. Ordered grilled scallops-not what I expected. They were cut in thin uneven round disks and a bit overcooked. Fried clams, greasy-heavy crum; clams had a strong fishy taste and smell. The clam chowder, very good-rich &creamy. The seafood chowder was the best. REALLY good ! I have lobster rolls there before and bought... More

I've eaten lobster rolls up and down the Maine coast for years. I've been to the famous ones (Red's) and the not-so-famous. For $13, you get a classic lobster roll: split bun, toasted, buttered and stuffed with lobster that has the tiniest dab of mayo. No fillers, nothing to compete with the very fresh lobster meat. Maybe it's not as... More

I ate here a couple of times while visiting the area. I chose their lobster meal which included two 1-pound lobsters, a bag of steamed mussels, side item of coleslaw, drawn butter, and clam broth; price was about $23 cash. Seating outside is somewhat limited and most patrons seemed to get a take-out order. I elected to sit at one... More
