The sandwiches and chips were excellent (mary rose prawns & spicy chutney sausage) good size portion and freshly made to order. Really nice feel to the place - informal/friendly & clean. Dogs made very welcome .

We have visited The Forge on numerous occasions and are never disappointed! The food is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The menu is varied and appeals to most tastes. Well worth a visit.

We are a dog friendly pub,we try and keep dogs in the bar bar area and snug area,It's advisable to ring up and book as we get very busy at times

Yes we do have gluten free meals,all our staff are trained up on knowing what people can and can't have,just tell the waiter or waitress before you order
