Delicious food in generous portions at a sensible price served by friendly staff. Beer was excellent too. Please don't change the formula

Had dinner here this week. Pretty popular pub and justifiably so. Very friendly staff, good selection of beers and ciders. Nice menu, reasonably priced. I had a starter of big green lipped mussels in a tomato and chilli sauce. Delicious. Followed by fish and chips....More
This pub always seems to be busy with both locals and diners, which is always a good sign. Good well kept beer and a wide choice of pub food which is served in large portions. As long as it keeps this up we'll keep going...More
