Decided a hot meal after a long hike at Baxter State Park would do the trick. Ordered a pizza, should have gotten a frozen from the supermarket, no sauce, no flavor...just meh!

Millinocket is the last town before Baxter State Park and the end or beginning of the Appalachian Trail depending on whether you are hiking North of South. Fresh pizza and subs make this a great place to "carb" up on your hike!

Our hotel directed us here, glad they did. Very fresh Greek salad ( large enough for 2 to share). Hubby had a calzone, which had artfully folded crust, and yummy ingredients. Pizza was also really good, from the crispy crust to the fresh toppings. Great food at the end of a Long day in Baxter State Park hiking. Not fancy,... More

Four of us stopped in for dinner, when we walked in, every table was full. We sat at the counter and ordered a couple drinks and by the time they came a table opened up and they sat us right away. Some other reviews say they had slow service, ours was excellent. Love all the classic Schlitz beer signs and... More

We were spending the night in Millinocket after a day of hiking. Decided to do takeout. Wow! The pepperoni pizza was fabulous and arrived hot. Almost to hot to eat. The antipasto salad was enough for 4 people and only 2 of us. The balsamic dressing was homemade. Was delivered before the time stated. Would eat here again and try... More

We were at the Baxter Park Inn in Millinocket and phoned in an order to Angelo's - they delivered within a half hour. We got a 12-inch cheese and a small Hawaiian. Both were very good! The crust was medium-thick, cooked through and had a nice texture and flavour; the toppings were all good. The sauce was great1

We ate here twice during our 2 days in Millinocket. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, the staff very friendly. It's a small place, probably geared to hikers and locals, where everybody talked to everybody! We really enjoyed it!

I love this place. The food is always perfect. The gourmet pizzas are to die for, and what a wide variety they offer! I suggest the Four Starr Cheese, which is made with cheddar, mozzarella, feta, and pecorino romano. (Now my mouth is watering again!) They also offer calzones and subs, as well as handsome pasta dinners my favorite of... More

They have red hot dogs, a Maine favorite! Service is good. They have a fiddlehead pizza which is another local favorite. They are open for lunch and dinner and serve beer and wine.

Pretty average pizza. Had a side salad which was so so. People are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant with many friendly locals to talk too.
