La Orilla is a total al fresco dining spot. Very bold even for a seasonal restaurant in Maine, but boy do they pull it off! Intimate, romantic patio tucked away behind a retail store off the main street with a handful of tables and a...More

We get the paella. Drinks are amazing and service is always great! we have sat at the bar a handful of times and we have always had a great experience.

Food was decent, albeit overpriced. Although these were "tapas", the portions were still pretty small. Restaurant has a strange outdoor set-up with little thought given to what would happen if the weather quickly turned bad, like a sudden rain shower.

La Orilla will be one of the new top ten restaurants in Maine soon. Farm to Table with fresh ideas on preparation, presentations in an outdoor atmosphere. The garden is open to the public right behind the kitchen for the chef. Just take a look...More

The cuisine here is imaginative and of high with great sharing plates of tapes to choose from. The staff were really helpful in accommodating my dietary needs. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and if it gets cool outside the patio heaters come on. We...More

Intimate bar area near the kitchen with atmosphere, great cocktails and terrific tapas. Sourdough bread with house made butter is a must have.

I came here last night with 10 of my friends and we had one of the most enjoyable dinners. The restaurant was busy and the hostess explained that they probably wouldn't be able to accommodate our party. Then, they offered to sit us around a...More

Relaxing atmosphere. We sat outside and arrived for happy hour. The Gin Gimlet my girlfriend had was refreshing and zesty. I was unenthusiastic about the Maple bourbon, the flavor wasn’t there for me. The oysters were fresh and meaty but expensive. Service was efficient.

Amazing food. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. I have celiac disease, and it was easy to eat gluten-free here.

La Orilla is CLOSED for the season. We will be opening again in the Spring of 2019. La Orilla is a summer seasonal restaurant in downtown Ogunquit, ME serving Mediterranean cuisine & tapas in a comfortable al fresco environment. We are CLOSED October through April every year. All of our seafood and most of our produce is sourced locally, and all items are prepared from scratch by the kitchen. Our menu represents the best of Maine, while also expressing a Mediterranean twist that is mirrored by our dynamic wine list. Integrating tradition and creativity, La Orilla aims to serve classic New England fare with a modern touch.
