We sat at the bar and had some drinks and dinner. Wonderful atmosphere and our bartender was a gem. The food was delicious; great whole belly clams, fish and chips and one of the best Manhattans ever.

Andy's has REALLY GREAT pub food. I have them add sauteed peppers and onions to their great Macaroni and Cheese for the BEST meal in town. They have extremely good meat loaf. When washed down with cold beer, those are MY two gustatory ruts, but they have great fish, burgers, etc. They have wonderful live entertainment, and sometimes Frank Fotusky,... More

My wife and I decided to stop here for lunch after walking around the commercial street area for a bit. I ordered one of the specials they had that day, which was clam chowder and a lobster roll. The chowdah was excellent, it had quite a bit of clam chunks and a great flavor. The lobster roll was above average... More

Andy’s Old Port Pub is definitely a place we’d visit again – they served up some delicious clam chowder, lobster rolls, lobster bruschetta bread and awesome fish and chips when we were there. They get their freshly caught fish daily from Harbor Fish Market, which in and of itself guarantees that it IS indeed fresh (and yummy as well)! Next... More

We had lunch at Andy's this past Saturday during a Portland weekend visit. Never been here before and only stopped in because a close by place was jammed. It turned out very, very well. I ordered Lobster Stew ( hey, I'm in Maine). Without doubt the best ever for me. Now this was a stew, not a chowder or bisque.... More

We dined two nights in a row at Andy's and that has never happened with us! Andy's is a small establishment in the old port neighborhood right on Commerical Street. It is a three minute walk from the Hilton Garden Inn. The restaurant seats about 50 people at pub style tables, it is very clean and well organized and most... More

My daughter and I had a girl's day in Portland and just wanted some delicious chowder before returning to our homes. The service was wonderful and it was a cozy environment. However the clam chowder had more potatoes than clams and a rather thin base. We enjoyed our time together. The next time I am In town, I would seek... More

Great Pub with nice live music. Friendly staff. Very good food. Delicious Dessert's. Great range of local beer's and limonade's. Try the lemon sting. A must visit for us when we are in town.

We were in Portland in January and looking for a seafood lunch. Andy's looked inviting and less crowded than the other choices so we went in. Nice rustic interior with a wall of photos of fishing and lobster boats. I had a lobster roll chock full of whole pieces of fresh lobster that was cooked perfectly and coleslaw that was... More

Description
Serving Outstanding Pub Fare from 11AM – 10:30PM Daily

Andy’s Old Port Pub is a waterfront watering hole frequented by islanders, fishermen, music lovers and locals. A tricky little Pub to find.

Andy’s menu includes the freshest of fish & chips; one of the best burgers in town; home made meatloaf and macaroni and cheese; salads and wraps; and pizzas that rival New York’s finest. One of the owners is vegetarian so there are always meat free options to choose from.
