Had a great night. All 3 courses were spot on. Beef stroganoff and tiramisu were fantastic. Draught lager. 10/10 The staff were lovely.

Four of us went, two couples, we booked for 8.30pm on a Saturday evening so expected it to be very busy which it was. One of our friends highly recommended this restaurant and had been many times. The service was excellent, all the staff were...very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, I could not fault my pasta dish. The wine was very good too and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. The only two niggles for me was firstly the loudness inside due to lack of acoustics and secondly the service charge. It does state in very small print at the very bottom of the menu that they add the 10% service to your bill automatically. We did not notice as our first time here so we added a further 10% at least on top of the total which was not questioned by the staff. We wonder how many customers this may happen to and if the staff ever bring it to their attention?More
Great Italian food, friendly helpful staff and relaxed ambience. Caprese salad starter was great, Bolognaise was perfect and prawn spaghetti dish delicious. Good quality house red and white. All Reasonably priced. My wife and I were travelling and came across this restaurant by chance and...it made our evening. We would highly recommend this restaurant.More
Olives and garlic bread were nice, pasta dish was ok but chicken very dry, and fishcakes were bland very expensive for a poor meal.
We've been here a few times and to be fair the food has always been good. But the restaurant is always cold. When you walk in there is hot air blowing down from the top of the door. You should loiter and enjoy it as...possibly the only warmth you'll get. The situation would be helped if the door either had a spring on it or an easier catch. People constantly leave it open . We end up wanting to eat quickly and leave - I've never had a pudding as too cold by that point.More
Not our first visit but certainly our first review, it’s one of our favourite local restaurants, the staff are always attentive and the food is full of flavour and quality. We have 18 month old twins girls and they accommodate us all perfectly, give them...a go you won’t be disappointed.More
We went for lunch good food very attentive service cozy place to enjoy the meal. worth it mabey we will be back.
We went for my birthday lunch today and the food was absolutely beautiful, the front of house were really friendly and very attentive. We didn't wait long for any course or drinks and we had all three 🙈 We had two garlic bread starters between...us (one with tomatoes and one with cheese) and they're huge, one would have been plenty between four of us, they were very tasty! I had the beef Stroganoff main and it was the best I've ever tasted and believe me, it's my favourite dish, so I've had it in lots of places, I was tempted to order another portion to take home for dinner tomorrow!! My bf had a pizza and my dad and partner had a chicken dish and they loved theirs too. We would highly recommend this gorgeous little restaurant and we'll definitely be back 😁😁 JxMore
Thoroughly enjoyed a long overdue reunion with one of my best and oldest friends at this gem of a restaurant. Very friendly and professional team running the restaurant and a creative menu is well complimented by a very good wine list. Good contemporary vibe and...a wide range of choices ranging from the classics to the innovative. Thanks to all the team thereMore
We have eaten here many times over the years, but our last visit wasn't great. Usually we have dinner here, but thought we would try Sunday Lunch. I had the Pork Belly, which I am fully aware has an element of fat in it, but...it hardly had anything edible in it. When the waiter collected the plates, he didn't comment on the large amount I had left, so I politely pointed out it was practically devoid of meat, to which he just shrugged his shoulders. In fairness the other main course and the starters/puddings were ok, but at £22.99 for a main course Sunday dinner (+10% service charge) and a total bill of £108 for two which included just one drink each, it wasn't great value.More
Nice place, main course came but wasn’t to usual standard, couldn’t eat much of it and when waiter asked what was wrong he seemed annoyed that we had told him, just took it away, no apology or gesture of goodwill, very disappointed
Tried this restaurant for the 1st time and was not disappointed. The garlic mushrooms were perfection with lots of taste and different types. The lasagne was one of the best for a long time with a good quantity of beef and tomato sauce. My wife...still raving about her rice balls. Good service. Will be returning with friends to try the lunchtime.More
Fantastic food big menu but all the food was too notch. Not cheap but great quality staff we re really friendly and attentive but not in your face. As Arnold Swarzzenager would say. “ I’LL BE BACK ”
Visited with my extended family - 6 adults and 2 children. We had a mix of Sunday lunch and the main menu. The food was amazing - their Sunday lunch won’t be easily beaten, and the service was as perfect as always. We arrived at...12.30 and where the first there. By 1.30 it was full. Lovely lunch and a credit to Boston Spa.More
