Union's not on the coast so I shouldn't have been surprised at the diverse and interesting menu, but I was. I stopped for lunch with a friend and we both had terrific food. She had the gnocchi with pesto and I had the shaved steak on toasted baguette slices with whiskey sauce and topped with baby arugula. It was terrific!... More

MINIs of Maine held our July Rally and included The Badger Cafe into our route as a lunch stop. We pre-planned with Christy to have 26 people and 15 MINI Coopers descend upon her super little cafe. We were greeted with a welcoming staff, fantastic service and exceptional meals and beverages. The combination of menu offerings had everyone in our... More

I went in after a long road trip with my husband and we were both very hungry. I ordered the fried chicken with macaroni and cheese. My husband ordered the Reuben sandwich. The Fried Chicken was not cooked all the way and was still pink near the bone and not tender at all, the breading and spices were absolutely wonderful... More

Another great meal at the Badger! This morning I got steak and eggs and it was absolutely perfect. I've honestly never had steak for breakfast before and now I'm not sure I want anything else! Yum!

We used to eat lunch there fairly often and were pleased with the food and decor. However, I chose it as a dinner gathering for Girl's Weekend, and it was a disaster. It has become a brew pub, and due to the size it is impossible to carry on a conversation. We were unimpressed with the food for the price.... More

Food was poor. We asked the waitress what was for dessert so she brought us the check! Been there twice both times BAD!

The food was amazing, they always have a great menu and pairing with a good drink. The nachos are Gluten Free, which is a bonus for those with allergies.

Ended up here with friends on a weekend afternoon - as did a restaurant full of people! We were seated fairly promptly, but the small place, and limited staff were overwhelmed with the full house. We all are frequent and savvy diners, and did not have any children or others who needed to eat immediately and the food was all... More

The chef/owner makes his own corned beef hash and you've never tasted anything as good as this. When we splurge and go out for a full breakfast, The Badger is our choice. Everything is cooked to perfection and the service is excellent.

My wife and I love The Badger. The owners are really sweet, and they always have really nice beers on tap. The food has always been great, every single time. I had a blue cheese burger the last time we wereally through and again fantastic. The flavors here are really rich, and adventurous. Check this place out, if you're in... More
