The restaurant was recommend by the hotel staff, and Valerie at the Comfort Inn, Wilton was correct. When I got there they seated me at a small table, and didn't ask if I wanted to sit at the bar. Since I travel alone quite a bit, this seems to be a thing to ask a solo to sit at the... More

This is my fourth visit to the Calzolaio Pasta Company. I have been pleased every time. As a person who has owned a restaurant, I know how difficult it is to maintain all aspects of running a restaurant successfully, while working hard to maintain the customer's dining experience and their expectations. Calzolaio's has succeeded in all the above. I have... More

My wife and I visited Calzolio Pasta on the recommendation of a friend. It was terrific. The Veal Marsala was excellent as was the Cappalini Alla Caprese. Salads were fresh and the server was on top of his game... Leave room for dessert. The cheesecake, oh Lord the CHEESECAKE. Definitely worth the trip from Carrabassett Valley.

We were looking forward to a relaxing dinner after a long day outdoors. I'll preface by saying that the food was fine, solid okay. The atmosphere could have been good but we were seated upstairs and every time a person (including waitstaff) went up or down (which they did all the time), the sound was loud. It was almost like... This is my favorite restaurant in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you will get a good meal at any time. My favorite brunch here is the Italian eggs Benedict. Tom makes the best hollandaise sauce I've ever eaten. If you're there for dinner (or even lunch), I... More

If you do not want to travel to the city to have Italian cuisine, this local place is a total jem! There are endless pasta bowls, authentic ravioli and lasagna, specials as well. There is a selection of seafood and indigenous dishes as well. Great selection of wine and other drinks too. The real treat is the herbed olive oil... More

What a great restaurant, the ambiance, the food and the service all merit high marks! We met friends there for dinner and had no idea that such a gem was tucked away in the sleepy little town of Wilton, ME. All four meals at our table were thoroughly enjoyed as we're the leading Caprese and Caesar salads and oh and... More
