We went here for St. Patrick's Day because we wanted corned beef and cabbage, but it was not a good experience. First, after taking our drink order the waitress said our meal came with a side so I asked if potatoes were included with the corned beef. She said yes you could get potatoes. In a few minutes we watched... More

We used to frequent the old version of the Railroad Junction, especially for their breakfast, and it was bright and sunny. As soon as you enter the new place you know it is different. You walk through a long, dark, dim room then go past a bar to get to the back of the restaurant where the dining room is... More

We used to visit the old Railroad Junction many times in years past, This was our first visit to the new location. It was cold in the dining room. The food was just ok, nothin like before.

This is an establishment where the locals come for Breakfast, Lunch and Supper. Every bit of food is prepared in the Kitchen, handmade comfort food that reminds you of your Grandmother's cooking. Every sauce, every soup, every entree is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The place has a sense of time gone by, from the handwritten menu on the wall to the waitresses... More

My husband and I came for Valentines Day dinner before attending the opera. They were serving a buffet which included stuffed chicken breast, stuffed peppers, Mac n cheese, fried fish, corn pudding, mashed potatoes, and several veggies with a salad bar. Dessert was a piece of cake with pink icing (only choice). There was also entertainment which consisted of a... More

Our service was rude at best, the owner yelled at us because I asked for gluten free options and you could smell the restrooms before you entered them.

Our 1st time eating here and we were impressed. A turkey was carved, right in front of us. The salad bar does not have croutons, so it is safer for those who must eat gluten-free. They are known for their pies.

I met someone for a business lunch and had never been here. I had read reviews previously which were mixed. I ordered the 2 piece Southern Fried Chicken with corn fritters and coleslaw as my 2 sides. The waitress warned that the chicken would need 20-25minutes to cook. Had I known, I would have asked them to turn on the... More

Came here on a whim for breakfast, and it was really, really good. Both my partner and I moved here - her from PA Dutch country and me from Jersey, so we're used to really good breakfasts, and this is the closest we've come so far to finding similar breakfast fare. I'd definitely come back!
