Quick service and delicious food. I had the broiled stuffed flounder and my husband had surf and turf...both were excellent. Anyone visiting OCMD must try the food here, they won't be disappointed.

No trip to Ocean City is complete without having a meal at Phillips. Crab cakes are excellent and my wife's broiled seafood was also excellent. Topped off with chocolate lava for desert. Our server was very friendly and made our dining a pleasure.
After visiting the regular restaurant on the first floor and being astounded by their prices, we opted to try the second floor buffet at $37.99. BTW = $3.50 for an unsweetened iced tea!!! If you MUST eat here to brag about it to your friends,...More

We love Phillips! No wait... clean and friendly. Great wine list. Fresh seafood and steaks. We had the clam bake for 2. Prices are good ... lobster was cooked perfectly and king crab legs were perfect. This kitchen knows how to cook seafood.

Definitely has a large variety of food for everyone's needs but definitely wasn't worth $37.99 per person. The buffet line is chaotic with people tripping all over each other- there's no rhyme or reason to the setup. Food was very good but just too expensive.
