Good spot for nightlife, pub grub, live music. Mostly locals, very friendly... fun spot but also go back in the morning for a great breakfast... pancakes are awesome!

We had such a good time chatting with locals and had some great food for lunch. Of course we went back for dinner! Cold beer and great people behind and in front of the bar.

Typical bar except for the burgers! We stopped in for some drinks and got burgers. These are not frozen patty burgers, these are made to order. Juicy and delicious! Great for late dinners!

We really look forward to Wednesday nights at Carpenter's Street. It is a great local bar and restaurant, great sports on TV, great people from the community in the bar and the restaurant. But on Wednesday nights, they offer 2 for 1 hamburgers, and that is really a treat. And they are the best hamburgers!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on Saturday during our walk around St. Michaels. The waitress ( Lexi) was friendly and efficient. My blackened shrimp wrap was very good with just the right amount of spicy heat. My wife had a house salad with lump crab on top that she enjoyed very much. Local craft brews on tap.... More

This location used to be a bank in the olden days, and has a unique flair to it... they probably have the best hamburgers in town, and a very tasty breakfast menu as well

Stopped for dinner on a very busy night and service was still great and food delicious and hot. Did not have to wait to have orders taken or for drinks or refills.

Interesting place. Did not love the crowd, did not love the service, but I did love the crab soup and the pretzels. The beer selection was weak at best, so it kind of dimmed my view of the place. If you want to try out some tasty fresh pretzels and some flavorful crab soup, go here. If you are looking... More

No, Sysco here!! We started with the fried pickle spears. They are hand battered with a light and crispy tempura like coating. Delicious! Pickles were still crisp and juicy. The dipping sauce is also homemade, have not a clue what it was but it was great and had a nice kick to it. We both had burgers. Again, No sysco!... More

We visited Carpenter Street Saloon on a day trip to St. Michael's. What a wonderful stop. I loved the atmosphere, the history and the food! I had the Chesapeake Club - it has grilled rockfish and a crabcake on a brioche roll. It was absolute heaven on a roll! Lee was our server and was awesome. Lots of personality and... More
