Been around it seems forever, Hong Kong delivers basic Chinese food with consistent quality. Mid range in price and selection, nevertheless, it is a popular favorite. Order early on New Year's Eve as they get overwhelmed by orders early in the day.

Old Asian style restaurant with very distinctive decor. Maintains the old school look, definitely has not been revamped recently (which does not make it bad at all!). Big portions for reasonable prices.
They have a bar too and lot of locals gather here. Have a lot of tables at the restaurant, never seen it bustling with activity but there are always a decent amount of people in here.
Definitely trying it out if you like Chinese food!

We were staying next door at the HIE and could see this restaurant from our room. It was my other half's 1st Chinese restaurant back in the 1970's. It has been renovated but still has the old fashioned Chinese food with decent prices and great service. We took the food back to our hotel and had a great dinner. I had AD21. Beef w. Mushrooms with Two Appetizers (Chicken Wings & 2 spring rolls); other half had AD2. Pork Egg Foo Young with Two Appetizers (Crab Rangoon & Egg Roll). Sauces were provided as requested, but we forgot to ask for plasticware, which we actually did have in room so ok. All was as good as my other half remembered. We will definitely return when in area, especially if staying at HIE.

Very quiet atmosphere with good service. I love the food there. My husband likes the tofu with veggies; I like the lo mein and chicken wings, and the veg platter.

I had been here many times when I was younger. I always loved the food. Brought the family back this weekend and it was well, OK. The General Tso's was good according to my husband but my combo plate seemed almost refried or reheated. There was alot of batter on my chicken fingers and shimp.
There was only one other couple eating in the entire place but there seemed to be a decent amount of people in the bar.

The Hong and Kong has been in Chelmsford forever. It is a favorite for locals and people from surrounding towns. Their meals never disappoint and they offer very good quality and quantity for the price.

The Hong and Kong has been around since I was a little kid. I remember the food being better than it is now but it wasn't bad and my Mom always loves to go there. We've tried all sorts of dishes here and I always go back to the basic appetizers. The hot & sour soup could use improvement and I miss them serving pineapple at the end of the meal :)

So our friends are regulars here. They swear these are the best My Tie's in the world, I'm not a drinker but the one I had was mighty tasty.
Food is always fresh and hot. Great selection and very accommodating owner and staff.
Though it is a bit of a ride from Norht Andover this is our 'go to' Chinese food place.
And in a flash from the past (the old days in the DA's office) this is the place where everyone always went after a raid to celebrate and eat well. Gotta be good if the cops go there, right? ;-)

This is more or less e only decent restaurant in walking distance of the Radisson at Chelmsford.
But it is wonderful! I had Singapore curry rice noodles with pieces of pork. The next day I had house special soup. Wonderful for the first snowy day of Fall 2014. Hungry just thinking about it.
Also did not gain weight from all that. Although the soup is lighter but satisfying. Usually I cannot restrain myself from eating all the prom fired rice but all of the rice noodles were delightfully light.
I also got into a wonderful conversation with the waiter over the Hong Kong demonstrators. He asked me where I lived and so on. It's a quiet almost empty restaurant but those who come, love it I can tell. The booths make it so comfortable. The fine and colorful decor was simply formidable.
Also the religious statues out-front felt sacred and reverent. Also no meal over $20 for me!

Place is filthy, no change in the decor,has looked the same for years. Vinney the bartender waters down the drinks. Can be nasty as well have seen this first hand. Will overcharge you if he doesn't like you. Kind of a clickey place.same regulars that he caters to.
