We have had dinner at Nine Elm three times and each time is as good as the one before. Very seldom does a place hit the mark consistently from app to dessert, but this place does. My one complaint is that I now compare every...More

Last night my wife and I and two of our very close friends had dinner at the above restaurant. As an Appetizer I had the $12 Ahi Tuna which was fabulous and my wife and her friend shared a Stuffed Fig wrapped in Bacon which...More

Reservation: Obtained a table for evening of same day. Food: Satisfactory. The menu has some basics executed competently. Nothing original. Service: Fair/Poor. We had to ask for attention several times. The waitress was attentive once orders were placed. Greeting and busing staff were disinterested bordering...More

I have eaten here 2 times. It is very good, varied menu and delicious. Attentive wait staff. All dishes are cooked to order so it can be varied a bit.

Had to send our food back. Not prepared well and mine was too salty. We have given this place too many chances. We will wait for a seat at the Black Cow.

Everything was fabulous especially the homemade true espresso martini! Very small we are bar dwellers but no seats at bar probably ever.

Nine Elm is a favorite dinner spot for us. The menu is rather short, but we seem to make the same choices most every time anyway: duck for my husband, scallops for me. On our most recent visit, though, he had the bolognese, a huge...More

An ambitious, small restaurant in downtown Danvers, serving well prepared standards with creative flourishes. The duck breast was substantial and cooked perfectly, according to the chef's preference. The Bell and Evans roasted chicken was, according to our guest, a true chicken afficianado, perfect, as were...More

This tiny restaurant has a great menu, friendly staff and even better food. The bar looks like it is a good place to relax with friends for a while too!

Our church choir of about 15 is looking for a restaurant that has great beef and fish, but also serves vegetarian. We'd need a space that's a bit off the main dining area and is reasonable. Thanks!

The restaurant itself is only one tiny room and accommodates perhaps 25 people (plus a half dozen or so at the bar). You would need to reserve most of the tables!
Where can you park. Is there a lot or is it meter parking. What are the hours on Saturdays and sundays

there are parking spots in front and all around the area. I don't remember meters, as it is in the evening and you don't need to feed a meter after 5 or 6 pm. Parking has never been a problem. If there is nothing right out... More

Is it possible for a party of 5 to come in for drinks and appetizers? if so what time works best so we are not taking a table away from those who wish to eat dinner?

For seating at the small bar, people usually are waiting to get in at 4:45. It would be next to impossible to snag 5 seats at the bar (only 7), otherwise. Good luck.
