I've grown up going to the Moonakis Cafe, its without a doubt my favorite breakfast place on the Cape. Standard breakfast food, but i've never had a bad meal here (and you will certainly never leave hungry) The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is always happy and lively. Expect a wait on the weekends, especially in the summer,... More

Anyone who is in the Cape Cod area looking for a breakfast spot. This is it. So so good we went 2x's withing the same week. The food was excellent and on the weekends be sure you come early and be prepared to wait on line. Trust me the food is worth it.

I was on the Cape for a few days working and was staying in Falmouth. Looking for something different than the standard hotel breakfast I found this place. The place is very comfortable and the waitress was very friendly and on top of everything. I had a pesto, mozzarella and tomato omelette that was outstanding and the service was great.... More

Newly changed owner Karen has just continued the tradition of the best breakfast stop on Cape Cod at Moonakis Cafe hands down . I have eaten here dozens of times , I am a bit fussy and my wife is very picky as she works in a high end restaurant in Boston . This time we had an omelette with... More

We went to the Moonakis Cafe for a late breakfast. Their pumpkin pecan pancakes were out of this world! The eggs were done perfectly as we asked. It is easy to find on route 28 just a few miles east of Falmouth. It is obviously a favorite spot for locals and busses with activity.

We just discovered this jewel this past summer. Once we found this we stopped going anyplace else for breakfast or lunch. Besides having outstanding food - and I do mean outstanding - the staff people couldn't be more welcoming, helpful, and efficient. This sounds really corny, but they honestly treat you like you're family. (I can hardly believe I said... More

Stopped here for breakfast and found it spotless and very tastefully decorated. We were seated straightaway and had coffee and tea within minutes of arrival. I chose the pancakes with scrambled eggs and ham. This also came with home fries! My husband opted for the corned beef hash with eggs over easy and said the corned beef hash was the... More

We are local, so we wait until tourist season is over to go out to eat. You'd never know it by Moonakis Cafe - the place was jumping on Sunday morning. With good reason - the breakfast was excellent. First the ambiance - nothing fancy but spotlessly clean with sun blocking shades that were very welcome today. When you enter,... More
