Rather eclectic pictures on the wall of the coffee house. Space ships, cowboys, lighthouses, robots...........the crowd is a mix as well. Very comfortable and the coffee was great. The sandwiches are very good as well. Good prices

Food allergies can be daunting. My daughter has sever allergies to dairy, eggs, wheat, oats, tree nuts, peanuts, legumes, sesame, raspberries & blackberries. At the Brass Buckle she can order right off the menu! Her favorites are porkbelly with kimchi, and potato garlic tacos. They also have many options for vegitarians which can also be a challenge. The food is... More

Creative menu. Tamales & tacos for brunch, biscuits & gravy, ham & eggs. What could be better on a sunny winter Sunday.

The chai tea and juevos rancheros here are out of this world! I was also introduced to the delectable lemon squares and always bring one home to my husband!

Based on my personal experience, rating this a three is an act of kindness. We arrived on a Monday morning around 9 am and it was quiet. A very casual place. You order at the counter and pick up food when ready. Bus your own tables. My daughter ordered juevos rancheros and that was fine. I ordered an egg, cheese... More

I had time to kill between getting my drivers license renewed and an eye doctor appointment so we stopped for lunch at the Brass Buckle. This is an order at the counter and bus your dishes place, and that keeps prices down. The corn beef hash was as good as others noted. Good coffee, both hot and iced. Sad to... More

Sometimes you go out to eat and, on rare occasions, EVERYthing is wonderful. You walk out of the restaurant and you're just glowing. Other times, it's more hit or miss. But even at those places, there can be one dish that really stands up and wows you; you refer back to it afterwards, you may seek to recreate it in... More

Love the selection, not your average menu. Has a SW flair, everything tastes fresh, and staff is always very friendly. Comfortable environment to boot.

We were hungry and cranky this rainy July 4th in need of comforting, not fussy, but creatively prepared food. The Brass Buckle sits on a corner lot, with full windows, so the happy customers were in plain view. With counter service and folkie decor, and people, this place reminds me of the Harvard Square eateries of my 60's youth. We... More
