I was invited out to dinner by a great friend of mine named Theresa. She selected Sam Diego's on Route 132 in Hyannis. I've patronized them before. The parking lot look liked like we might have a wait but seating was extremely ample. We went to a table immediately. I ordered the Mexican Broiled Chicken Sandwich with a mildly hot... More

For a chain restaurant which I really don't favor, the food is good and the portions are generous. Every time I have been there has been an issue with service because they seem to have too many tables to give good service.

The taco salad bar is delicious and very filling especially on a cold winter day. They have soup, chili, muffins and the salad bar.

We've been to Sam Diego's in Hyannis many times, and each time is a great experience, from the high quality of food on the menu to the service provided by servers and everyone else who works there. The decor is wonderful, also, plenty of bright colors, lights, etc and just a generally relaxing atmosphere about the place. Always up to... More

Went on a busy Friday night before New Year's with a 15-minute wait. Colorful Mexican décor throughout - it is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside! Although it was very busy, they had lots of staff helping each other out making things go smoothly. The waitress and staff were pleasant; the food was good but not exceptional;... More

Mixed drinks are weak, fajitas were warm and very adverage. Not very good mexican or tex-mex food. Maybe down south we just have a higher standard.

Good value lunch deals, tasty food promptly served...in a cozy, colorful setting right out of a Mexican movie setting. Plenty of free parking, too.

Sam Diego's is a family favorite. We love the inviting and accommodating staff. The food is consistently good, the margaritas are delicious and the food always comes out in a timely manor. A few favorite dishes are: anything with the pulled pork, el grande combo and their chicken fajita's.
