Nice small place in Lenox with a good feeling to it. We had a very tasty hot chocolate and shared a cinnamon bun which was very good. Only thing I would say was that the service was indifferent. We were the only people in there and almost felt like an inconvenience

The Patisserie is a French pastry shop which also offers fantastic quiche, salads and French sandwiches. It is a tiny taste of the best in French food and done very well. The pastry, especially the macaroons, is as great as anything I ever had in France. It may be a little hard to find, as the Lenox signage by-law restricts... More

The soups and brioche were excellent. There isn't much seating, so grab a table if you can. They do take out also. I highly recommend this place.

I used to frequent the Patisserie often, thoroughly enjoying their treats, but I have found that, in the past few years, almost every time I have gone, it is just as likely that I will be taking home something inedible. Service has never been warm, or even attentive, but I have chalked it up to French indifference and have proceeded... More

Dear CEG310, Your review is deeply offending and bluntly untruthful. We would not have been doing successful business in now three locations over the past six years, if we were indeed selling stale product and providing bad customer service. We do indeed bake all the viennoiseries fresh daily, and I would not stand for anyone claiming the opposite. We have... More

Our family of four visited the week of Christmas vacation. It was very busy and not much seating, but we eventually found a place to sit. The pastries were absolutely delicious and perfectly made. We tried the eclair, brioche with sugar top, almond croissant, and cinnamon brioche. Our two boys ordered a vegan minestrone and finished every last drop. My... More

Authentic French pastries in a cozy atmosphere. Incredible variety of enticing baked goods. You can also get lunch with a variety of soups and salads & sandwiches.A perfect respite after schlepping around either Lenox or Gt Barrington.

Every road trip from Litchfield County Connecticut to Western Massachusetts area requires a stop at PL. The macaroons are a must. The croissants and brioches like Paris. Warm ambience, maybe way too hot inside but probably the ovens cause this. Turn down the heat. Coffees the best and baristas who know their STUFF. Worth a visit in the winter. A... More

It was a cold day. Coffee sounded good. I had a cappuccino. My family had café americano, hot cider, Hot chocolate. All was good. A little cramped with many tourists coming in, waiting on line. The coffee is good, although not the best I've ever had. And certainly it looked great. Lenox is an interesting town that has tipped the... More

We were looking for a light meal to warm us up. We found Patisserie where we found delicious soup that was quite filling. There were at least four choices each more inviting than the next! I had the Tomato Lentil which was exquisite drizzled with some light olive oil. Will have to go back for some of their inviting fresh... More
