We have been coming here for years and, have for the most part, really enjoyed the food. However, this is a small restaurant which should, in my estimation, know it's loyal patrons. It does not. Every time we come, they seem not to recognize us, which is a turn-off considering that we come as frequently as every week or two.... More

There aren't many sushi places in Lexington, this one was okay. Over priced for what you are getting, but it is fresh. Service was good. Very clean inside.

Food quality is fine but portions are small and pricey. Strange chemistry among servers, not a comfortable environment and always a sense of being rushed

I was there with Family last Saturday.Having visited this Restaurant Numerous times in the past,I ordered my favourite Teriyaki Chicken. It did not look like anything I had eaten in the past.It was a piece of half cooked boiled chicken breast with partly uncooked vegetables with Teriyaki Sauce on the side. When I complained about it,They took it back cut up the... Daikanyama came back from it's renovation ready to wow, and it has. The dining room is beautiful, though it can be a bit loud when it's really busy. But, where they really shine is in the presentation of the food. Everything is artfully laid out - but not in a fussy way, if that makes sense. Everything arrives at the... More

The fish is VERY fresh, the menu is creative, and the food is always good. Sometimes the service is a bit slow (in comparison to other similar restaurants), but that is because they seem to be very busy all the time. I also notice with each visit (I have been here three times) other customers who are regulars (I can... More

Visiting from the uk for work. Craving sushi. Good reviews here. Food is solid. Nothing amazing but tasty and some fun rolls. I'd certainly come here for quality food and service.

The sushi here isn't bad. They renovated the place last year and majorly improved the interiors. The staff is friendly. Beware though that this place is TEEMING with kids. Parents go there and talk to each other or stare at their iPhones while their kids shriek and bang their chopsticks on the tables and dishes. Not a great place to... More
