typically, a great time, with food and wine and drinks...no different this time...been here about 50 times as Fish and many times as the old name...pricey, yes....satisfying yes... read the menu carefully and ask questions about ingredients...we have been surprised by things on the menu that would normally not be expected, but in the dish...just ask... wine is overpriced and... Not fond of the decor or ambiance for this price range. Wine recommended was great. Octopus appetizer was good, not great as it was served with chick peas or the like. Baked haddock was not as good as haddock normally is. Service was sluggish. Price was reasonable.

For the money in Marlborough, you should should expect more. Fish used to be really good and could get one to overlook the strip-mallish location, but ownership and management changed and it has definitely degraded. Still expensive, but the service is now spotty and food hit-or-miss. Sadly, there are no really good business-suitable restaurants left in Marlborough.

We met friends here. Service was good. Ambience was good too. Wine list was decent also. .... Apps (Octopus was average, Oysters too). Main course Tuna/Corridor was just ok. Saw Restaurant on Phantom Gourmet ---did not live to their ranking ........Restaurant just falls short of great restaurants due to food. Bathrooms according to my wife were a "5" after last... More

Our first time at this restaurant and our experience was OK, but not as expected. Excellent service, but our fish meals were just OK and we would not return in the near future.

My husband and I decided to try Fish Restaurant and Wine Bar today for lunch. My husband had Oysters on the Half Shell, then we shared a very tasteful Caesar Salad. I had Grilled Swordfish, with Whipped Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus, which was delicious! My husband had the Cioppino, which he thoroughly enjoyed! We both enjoyed a couple of glasses... More

I am not real big on seafood but I do love lobster when given the chance to order. I also had the roasted lamb which was cooked perfect. I will be visiting next time I am in town.

We enjoy regular visits to Fish. They are a scratch kitchen and have made their complex dinners into simple selections for us. Fantastic bar. Great place to bring family or co-workers.

We were a party of 9. Our table was ready with a reservation, that was good. The server was clueless. Mom ordered a Bacardi Cocktail. It's old school so I told the server who didn't know what she was talking about, to have the bartender Google it. It cam to the table completely wrong. BTW drinks took 28 minutes to... More

Always a go to for seafood. The best thing is they have $1 oysters on Sundays (excluding holidays). The food is delicious, nice atmosphere and good service.
