We usually passed this place up wanting something else. But went out on a limb and decided to BNI a shot. The only thing I can say is that are entire table was delighted with are decision. The food and drinks were better than expected and the service was great. It was a good blend of your unique and classic... More

Had their chickpea / vegetable stew thinking it would be a flavorful, and enjoyable dish. I was somewhat critical of the $22 cost of such a austere dish but decided to try anyway. It was a 1/2 can of chickpeas enveloped in a tomato mush on top of a mound of dry rice.

We were on the Cape for 3 days eating here the first night. Read reviews that were not to complementary but decided to try it anyway. We were had a great waiter and found the food very good. We ate in the Tavern and not the Dining Room and I took a picture of the appetizer which was a great... More

Dropped in for early dinner on a Friday night in October. No reservations. They sat us down right away, no problems. Waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a great clam chowder with lots of clams, some salads and spring rolls..awesome! Love the open space/atmosphere. Fun!

Recent name and ownership change but still a favorite with all! Friendly service, great food, large variety of entrees; supah munchies, TV if you want, cozy if you want that too. Early Bird specials. Prices are fair, food is delicious!

We recently ate at the inn and had an average dining experience, but were then horrified to be taken to task over the size of the tip we left (15%). The server brazenly voiced his displeasure in front of other customers to our acute embarrassment. Terrible behaviour and we won't be going back.

The quality of the food was fairly good and presentation on the plate was very nice but the service was a jumble with bread and wine coming after the appetizer. The scallops had a heavy tomato sauce that overwhelmed the lovely scallop flavor. Overall we were disappointed especially for the price. TV's at every conceivable location in the dining room... What a disappointing dinner meal. Margherita flat bread was DRENCHED in oil. Linguine with clam sauce was also too oily. We ordered a raspberry cheesecake and got a plain cheesecake. Epic fail from beginning to end. Server did his best to make a bad meal a pleasant experience. When we gave feedback on the meal, no one came to check... More

Your feedback has been heard, and we apologize that no one addressed your situation while you were in the restaurant. This is not typical of a night at the BNI and hope you will return for a second chance. We just updated our menu and feel you'll be very pleased. More

Place was half empty and then we saw why. Food took a major downturn from prior years and I guess Joe's departure. Still a lot of confusion at front desk but that was part of the tradition of the place. Waiters were great. Room is great as always. But what happened to the food. The fish and chips I think... Great dinner menu and local live music make BNI the place to meet up to dine and dance while on the mid cape.
